Counselling
Counselling offers a space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a focused and supportive way. The work is collaborative and reflective, helping you make sense of your experiences and move toward change at a pace that feels manageable.

Person-Centred Experiential Therapy (PCET)
PCET is an evidence-based approach commonly used within the NHS for depression. It draws on person-centred and emotion-focused principles to help you access, understand, and work with emotional experience more fully.

Trauma-Focused Therapy
Trauma-focused therapy brings together evidence-based approaches to support people experiencing the ongoing effects of trauma. The work aims to reduce distress, increase emotional stability, and address patterns shaped by past experiences.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy used to process traumatic memories and their impact. It is recommended by NICE for the treatment of PTSD and is used more broadly where trauma has affected emotional wellbeing.

Session Length and Fees
Sessions are 50 minutes and charged at £55.
EMDR may also be offered in 90-minute sessions (£90), in line with NICE recommendations.
